    Overhaul of an automatic pallet hooding machine. The MSK had been in operation for 35 years and was now experiencing difficulties because the service company was no longer in business, and the original Manufacturer no longer wanted to look at the machine. As the budget was quite tight and, at least mechanically, the machine was pretty sound, we decided to overhaul the control system and improve the machine’s reliability and serviceability. All works carried out on site.

The furnace has full control over its program cycle with fully custom recipes built into the software. The Programs feature variable Digital Outputs per segment and Per control loop. The furnace operates with both temperature control and pressure control, along with independent afterburner controls, all editable from the selected Program.
